Balancing his corporate trainer role, he’s completed over 100 transactions in assignments/wholesaling, buy and holds, and fix & flips. Since 2017, he hosts monthly real estate meetups in St. Louis, offering valuable insights to new and experienced investors. Rich is dedicated to highlighting the investment potential in St. Louis.
